They really made me feel welcomed upon my arrival. However, the room had a lingering smell that was hard to ignore, somewhat detracting from the overall experience. The heating unit in the room was noisy and interrupted my sleep a couple of times. I also noticed some cleanliness issues in common areas, with stained carpets that stood out. While the location is convenient, better maintenance of the pool facilities would enhance comfort significantly. Despite these issues, the warm lobby and helpful staff made the stay enjoyable.
